This magazine is a collaboration between Balzhan Sitaliyeva and I. CAN IT. is a niche magazine about the art of preserving food. This issue in particular deals with fermentation. This project was very involved. Balzhan and I created all of our own content including copywriting, photography, illustration, and design. The spreads pictured in the mockups below are part of a feature article I created on the science behind and health benefits of fermented food.
